Globalization is making it necessary for companies to require their employees to
be trained in a second language. UOL's corporate training program provides
international corporations and agencies with the opportunity to achieve this
aim. The corporate programs are designed for professionals at all levels to meet
the language needs and specific interests of each individual company.
Instruction can be held either at our office or on site.
Courses are tailor-made to client needs through needs analysis and pre-course
assessment. Every session will be highly practical and will focus on building
key business communication skills such as presentation skills, arranging and
holding executive meetings, building telephone rapport, drafting e-mails and
correspondence letters in the chosen foreign language.
Private tuition: Students work one-on-one with teacher at their own pace
and it offer a flexible schedule and a customized curriculum (Dates, times and
content)
Small Group: Group training is not only cost-effective but is also a
dynamic way to train a number of staff members.
Whether on a one-on-one basis or in a group setting, we work closely with our
students and assisting them to choose a program that best fits their schedule
and language needs.
Our number one concern is student satisfaction and we are committed to
satisfying or exceeding our students' expectations. To assure that progress
meets the student's expectations, each student is continually monitored by our
learning and development staff.
It is a system for tracking and monitoring of quality student progress and
attainment. We will build student learning plan from custom designed program for
specific student so that both the teacher and student have a clearer picture of
the attainment information. On a regular basis, we will review student progress
towards targets and will adjust planning if necessary and this is how quality
will be assured.
Progress Report is updated by teacher after each lesson. The report
states lesson contents, class participation and additional comments on how well
each student is able to learn. It will be submitted for review by our learning
and development staff to keep track of students' progress.
Certificate of Completion will be awarded to student at the end of the
course. The certificate will record the course name, starting / finishing dates
and level of proficiency. It will be signed by your teacher and our director.
UOL teachers are adult education specialists and qualified with solid experience
